Business Systems Admin Consultant – ADP & Concur
Our client is seeking an experienced Business Systems Consultant to support and enhance key enterprise applications, with a focus on ADP Workforce Now and Concur. This role combines hands-on system administration and implementation experience with business analysis and solution consulting. You’ll work closely with stakeholders, vendors, and audit teams to understand business needs, improve processes, support integrations and controls, and drive system initiatives from requirements through delivery.

Location: Fully Remote – Must work Pacific Time hours
Duration: 11+ month contract
Compensation: This job is expected to pay about $65–$75/hr W2

What You’ll Do:
- Support the administration, configuration, implementation, and ongoing optimization of ADP Workforce Now and Concur.
- Partner with HR, Finance, and other business stakeholders to understand workflows, gather requirements, evaluate system capabilities, and recommend practical solutions.
- Support integrations and data flows across HRIS, recruiting/ATS, payroll, and related business applications.
- Partner with internal and external auditors on system controls, user access, reporting, documentation, and SOX-related requirements.
- Work closely with vendors and cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues, improve processes, and drive system initiatives through completion.
What Gets You the Job:
- Strong hands-on experience with both ADP Workforce Now and Concur, including system implementation, configuration, administration, and ongoing support.
- Experience working across HRIS, ATS/recruiting, and payroll processes, with an understanding of how employee data moves throughout the employee lifecycle.
- Strong business systems consulting skills, including requirements gathering, process analysis, solution recommendations, stakeholder management, and vendor collaboration.
- Experience supporting system controls, audits, user access reviews, change management, and/or SOX requirements.
- Experience with enterprise application integrations and data flows; exposure to additional HR or finance applications is a plus.
