ITSM/Freshworks Implementation Consultant
Our client is looking for a hands-on Freshservice expert who thrives on solving complex ITSM challenges and making an immediate impact. What You’ll Do:
Key Responsibilities
- Configure, customize, and optimize the Freshsworks platform, including workflows, automations, service catalogs, business rules, SLAs, and approval processes.
- Support the migration from ServiceNow and EasyVista to Freshworks (Freshservice) by identifying configuration gaps, resolving issues, and ensuring a successful go-live.
- Execute and support testing activities, troubleshoot platform and integration issues, and assist with post-go-live stabilization and ongoing enhancements.
- Collaborate with internal teams and implementation partners to optimize ITSM processes and integrate Freshworks with enterprise applications.
- Create technical documentation, provide knowledge transfer to internal teams, and support adoption of new platform capabilities.
What Gets You the Job:
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience implementing or administering enterprise ITSM platforms, including hands-on Freshworks (Freshservice) experience.
- Experience with ServiceNow, EasyVista, or similar ITSM platforms, including platform migrations and workflow configuration.
- Strong experience configuring workflows, automations, business rules, service catalogs, request forms, and approval processes.
- Solid understanding of ITIL processes, including Incident, Change, Problem, Request, Knowledge, and Asset Management, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced implementation environment.
- Experience supporting system integrations is highly desirable; experience with Freshworks AI, virtual agents, or ITIL certification is a plus.
