Senior Tableau Developer
Our client, a well-established player in real estate investment and development, is looking for a Senior Tableau Developer to join their team and turn complex data into clear, actionable dashboards. This is a great opportunity for an expert-level developer who enjoys building dashboards that tell a story, partnering directly with business stakeholders, and shaping how data drives decisions across the organization.

Job Type: Contract, 9 months+ (strong chance for extension)
Location: Hybrid – Irvine, CA (near the UCI campus); 4 days onsite, 1 day remote
Compensation: This job is expected to pay about $65-75/hr

What You’ll Do:
- Develop, design, and maintain new and existing Tableau dashboards
- Create and manage Tableau data sources using Snowflake, SQL Server, SAP HANA, and Google Sheets
- Publish workbooks and data sources to Tableau Cloud, applying Tableau Virtual Connections for data security
- Identify and resolve dashboard performance issues, applying best practices for data extraction, connection optimization, and design
- Collaborate with stakeholders across divisions like Apartments, Office, and Retail to translate business problems into effective data visualizations
What Gets You the Job:
- Expert-level, hands-on experience developing dashboards and reporting in Tableau, including publishing to Tableau Cloud
- Strong proficiency in SQL
- Experience creating data sources from Snowflake, SQL Server, SAP HANA, and Google Sheets
- Excellent communication skills, with experience gathering requirements directly from business stakeholders
- Experience with Tableau performance optimization techniques
