What We Look For
- 5+ years of technology recruiting experience in fast-paced staffing firms (we are focused on candidates with an agency background)
- Strong experience with various ATS (Bullhorn strongly preferred) and other enterprise platforms
- Highly efficient with recruiting tools including LinkedIn Recruiter and other similar platforms/data sources
- You know you’re way around everyday tech – O365, Zoom, Calendly, social media, mobile
- Established LinkedIn presence
- Exceptional people skills, driven by curiosity and empathy
- Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
This is a full-time remote opportunity open to experienced recruiting professionals living in the Pacific, Mountain or Central zones. We offer a base salary of about $50-65k annually along with industry-leading commissions and comprehensive benefits.
