Salesforce Developer
Our client is seeking a Salesforce Developer to join their team on a long-term contract engagement supporting a highly customized Salesforce environment. This role will focus on building scalable, high-quality solutions while emphasizing Salesforce best practices and leveraging out-of-the-box functionality whenever possible. The ideal candidate enjoys collaborative development environments, participates actively in code reviews, and brings strong problem-solving skills across complex Salesforce ecosystems.

Compensation: This job is expected to pay about $55–63/hr W2

What You’ll Do:
- Develop, enhance, test, and support Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and related technologies
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to maintaining high development standards and code quality
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA, integrations, operations, and business stakeholders
- Troubleshoot production issues, support break-fix efforts, and implement system enhancements
- Design solutions that prioritize Salesforce out-of-the-box capabilities over excessive custom development
What Gets You the Job:
- Strong hands-on Salesforce development experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and GitHub
- Experience working in large, complex, highly customized Salesforce environments with multiple integrations
- Solid understanding of Salesforce best practices, APIs, SDLC processes, and code review standards
- Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to recommend scalable, maintainable solutions
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively within collaborative development teams
