Systems Administrator (iCIMS) – Remote PST
Our client, a leading healthcare organization, is seeking a Systems Administrator with hands-on iCIMS administration experience to support and enhance their talent acquisition technology environment. This role will focus on day-to-day iCIMS administration, system optimization, reporting, integrations, and data integrity while partnering closely with Talent Acquisition, HR, and IT teams. The ideal candidate brings a strong understanding of recruiting operations, ATS workflows, analytics, and process improvement within a fast-paced healthcare environment.

- Location: remote PST hours
- Compensation: This job is expected to pay about $62/hr

What You’ll Do:
- Administer and support the iCIMS platform, including system configuration, troubleshooting, user support, and workflow optimization across ATS, CRM, Offer, Onboarding, and Text modules.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition, HR, and IT teams to maintain system architecture, support integrations, and drive continuous improvements to recruiting technology processes.
- Develop and maintain recruitment dashboards, KPI reporting, and operational analytics related to hiring effectiveness, source tracking, retention, and workforce insights.
- Perform data integrity analysis across platforms, resolve inconsistencies, and ensure compliance with data privacy and reporting standards.
- Support implementation of standardized recruiting processes through system enhancements, documentation, training, and stakeholder collaboration.
What Gets You the Job:
- 2+ years of hands-on iCIMS System Administration experience supporting recruiting or HR operations.
- Experience administering multiple iCIMS modules such as ATS, CRM, Offer, Onboarding, and Text.
- Strong reporting and analytics experience, including dashboard development and recruitment KPI tracking.
- Experience supporting integrations, troubleshooting system issues, and partnering cross-functionally with HR, Talent Acquisition, and IT teams.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
