Salesforce Solution Architect

What You’ll Do:
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Salesforce architecture and solution design across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud initiatives
- Design and oversee integrations between Salesforce, Guidewire, Genesys, and other enterprise platforms
- Define scalable data models, security frameworks, automation strategies, and technical standards
- Provide technical leadership through code reviews, solution guidance, and mentorship of administrators and developers
- Drive Salesforce roadmap planning, release strategy, CI/CD practices, and adoption of emerging platform capabilities including AI and digital engagement tools
What Gets You the Job:
Qualifications
- 7+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience, including 3+ years in an Architect or technical leadership role
- Strong expertise with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud, including case management, routing, knowledge management, and sales workflows
- Experience designing complex integrations using APIs, middleware, and event-driven architecture patterns
- Hands-on experience integrating Salesforce with contact center platforms, with Genesys experience strongly preferred
- Deep understanding of Salesforce security models, data architecture, performance optimization, Agile delivery, and DevOps best practices
