TA Coordinator / Talent Acquisition Scheduler
Our client is seeking a highly organized Talent Acquisition Coordinator to serve as the operational backbone of an active hiring team. This role centers on managing complex interview schedules, coordinating multiple stakeholders, and keeping the recruiting process running smoothly, with the opportunity to develop sourcing skills as part of the team’s broader work. The ideal candidate is detail-driven, dependable, and skilled at managing the moving parts that keep a fast-paced talent acquisition function on track.

- Job Type: Contract (6+ months, strong likelihood of extension)
- Location: Irvine, CA (Hybrid, near the Spectrum)
- Compensation: This job is expected to pay about $37-$42/hr, depending on experience
- No Visa Sponsorship Available for this role
What You’ll Do:
- Schedule and coordinate interviews, including multi-attendee panel interviews and debrief meetings, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and hiring teams
- Manage calendars and book meetings in Outlook, making heavy use of Quick Parts and templates
- Coordinate candidate travel arrangements as needed
- Partner with recruiters and the hiring manager to keep the talent acquisition process moving efficiently
- Support technical sourcing efforts using tools such as LinkedIn and Indeed
What Gets You the Job:
- Strong coordinating and scheduling experience within HR and/or Talent Acquisition/Recruiting
- Proficiency with Outlook and Quick Parts, with comfort working from templates
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Sourcing experience and familiarity with sourcing tools (highly preferred)
- Technical recruiting experience (highly preferred)
