Senior BI Developer
Irvine Technology Corporation (ITC) is partnering with a leading building materials and construction products distribution company to identify a Senior BI Developer to support enterprise analytics and modern data platform initiatives. This role will focus on designing and delivering scalable business intelligence solutions using Microsoft Azure technologies, Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, and enterprise data platforms. The ideal candidate brings strong technical expertise, leadership capabilities, and experience transforming complex business data into actionable insights.

- Location: Santa Ana, CA (onsite near the ITC office / Tustin District)
- Compensation: This job is expected to pay $115,000-130,000 annually plus 10% bonus

What You’ll Do
- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise BI and analytics solutions using Microsoft Azure technologies including Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, Azure Synapse, and Azure SQL.
- Build interactive dashboards, reports, semantic models, and enterprise reporting datasets to support operational and executive decision-making.
- Develop and optimize ETL/ELT pipelines using Azure Data Factory, Fabric Dataflows, Informatica IICS, and related technologies.
- Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements, define KPIs, and deliver scalable reporting and analytics solutions.
- Lead and mentor BI team members while supporting enterprise initiatives related to AI-enabled analytics, self-service reporting, and data modernization.
What Gets You the Job
- Strong hands-on experience with Power BI, including DAX, Power Query, semantic modeling, deployment pipelines, and Power BI Service administration.
- Expertise with Microsoft Azure data platforms including Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure SQL Database, Azure Data Lake, and Microsoft Fabric.
- Advanced SQL development and performance tuning experience across enterprise-scale reporting and analytics environments.
- Experience with ETL/ELT tools such as Azure Data Factory, Informatica IICS, Fabric Dataflows, or similar integration technologies.
- Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills with experience supporting enterprise analytics initiatives in fast-paced environments.
