Enterprise IT Project Coordinator (Remote)

- Job Type: 6-Month Contract
- Location: 100% Remote (Must support Eastern Time Zone hours)
- Compensation: This job is expected to pay about $45–50/hr W2

What You’ll Do:
- Coordinate project activities, meetings, timelines, action items, and project documentation across multiple enterprise initiatives.
- Support Project Managers and shared services teams by driving follow-ups, tracking dependencies, escalating blockers, and helping maintain project momentum.
- Maintain and update Jira boards, Confluence pages, RAID logs, dashboards, and other PMO reporting tools to ensure accurate project visibility.
- Assist with project governance activities including status reporting, implementation readiness, audit support, and PMO compliance tracking.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders including IT teams, leadership, and operational groups to support project execution within Agile and hybrid delivery environments.
What Gets You the Job:
- 2+ years of experience supporting enterprise IT projects, PMO operations, project coordination, or implementation activities.
- Strong hands-on experience with Atlassian tools including Jira and Confluence; experience with Jira Product Discovery or Jira Service Management is a plus.
- Familiarity with SDLC processes and Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban within enterprise environments.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize multiple initiatives, and proactively drive tasks and follow-ups with minimal direction.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and critical thinking skills with a polished and professional presence.
