IT Project Manager
Our client is looking for an IT Project Manager who can take ownership of complex, high-impact initiatives and drive them from concept through completion. This is a hands-on role where you’ll lead infrastructure and security-focused projects, working closely with technical teams and business stakeholders to deliver real results. If you’re someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, knows how to keep multiple projects moving without dropping the ball, and can translate technical details into clear business outcomes, this is a strong fit.

- Location: Remote (PST or CST Only)
- Compensation: This job is expected to pay about 50-55/HR W2

What You’ll Do:
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of IT projects, ensuring alignment to scope, schedule, budget, and quality expectations
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, including work breakdown structures, timelines, and resource allocation
- Oversee multiple concurrent projects, balancing priorities while maintaining delivery standards
- Identify and mitigate risks, proactively addressing issues before they impact timelines or outcomes
- Communicate project status, KPIs, and key updates to stakeholders across technical and business teams
What Gets You the Job:
Qualifications
- 5+ years of IT project management experience with a strong focus on infrastructure and security initiatives
- Proven ability to manage enterprise-level projects end-to-end, including scope, budget, and risk management
- Hands-on experience with servers, networking, cloud platforms, or data center environments, along with security tools such as MFA or SIEM
- Active PMP certification and familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies
- Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
