Project/Program Manager (Telecom)

What You’ll Do:
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of project managers overseeing telecom, fiber build, and infrastructure deployment projects
- Drive program governance, standards, and execution across multiple concurrent initiatives, including network expansion and security programs
- Oversee large-scale project portfolios, including new market expansion efforts and fiber construction rollouts
- Monitor budgets, timelines, and program health while proactively identifying risks and driving mitigation strategies
- Act as the central point of coordination between field teams, engineering, vendors, and business stakeholders
What Gets You the Job:
Qualifications
- 7+ years of program or project management experience, ideally within telecommunications, construction, or network infrastructure environments
- Proven experience leading large-scale deployments such as fiber builds, network expansions, or infrastructure rollouts
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing project management teams
- Experience with program governance, budgeting, and delivering projects on time and within scope
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field; PMP, PgMP, or similar certification preferred
