Digital Marketing Director
Irvine Technology Corporation (ITC) is partnering with a mission-driven organization in West Palm Beach to identify a Digital Marketing Director to lead digital storytelling, campaign development, and community engagement initiatives. This role blends strategic digital marketing with hands-on event storytelling, content creation, and brand management. The ideal candidate is a creative communicator who enjoys capturing impactful stories, managing digital channels, and collaborating across teams to amplify an organization’s mission and community impact.

What You’ll Do:
- Lead digital marketing initiatives across website, email, and social media platforms to promote programs, events, and organizational impact.
- Attend community and agency events to capture photos, video, and live content that supports real-time and future marketing campaigns.
- Manage and update the organization’s WordPress website, ensuring accurate content, functionality, and brand consistency.
- Create and distribute marketing materials including newsletters, press releases, social media content, and post-event recaps.
- Maintain an editorial calendar and collaborate with internal teams to align marketing campaigns with fundraising, volunteer engagement, and program initiatives.
What Gets You the Job:
- 3-5+ years of experience in digital marketing, communications, or content marketing roles.
- Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with the ability to tailor messaging for diverse audiences.
- Experience managing WordPress websites, including updates, plugins, and basic HTML edits.
- Proficiency in design and content tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar platforms.
- Experience with video editing, social media platforms, and email marketing tools to create engaging digital content.
