Senior Salesforce Developer
Our client is seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer to join their company for a direct hire position that will be onsite in Irvine, CA. The developer will design, modify, develop, and implement Salesforce applications and components.

Location: Irvine, CA (5 days a week)

Compensation: This job is expected to pay about $140,000-165,000 plus benefits
What You’ll Do:

Configure and customize Salesforce using declarative tools such as workflows, flows, validation rules, and formula fields.

Manage and maintain Salesforce security including roles, profiles, permission sets, and sharing models.

Develop and support customer- and partner-facing portal solutions to improve user experience and collaboration.

Design and build custom Salesforce functionality using Apex, Lightning components, and other platform tools.

Integrate Salesforce with external systems using APIs and middleware to support data flow and business processes.

Write efficient, scalable code including Apex classes and triggers following best practices.

Contribute to overall system design, understanding platform capabilities and limitations.

Participate in testing efforts including unit, integration, and user acceptance testing to ensure quality delivery.

Exposure to AI-driven tools or automation platforms within the Salesforce ecosystem is a plus.
What Gets You the Job:

Bachelor’s degree in a related technical field or equivalent experience.

Strong experience working with core Salesforce platforms (e.g., Sales and Service) and modern UI frameworks.

Demonstrated experience contributing to solution design, architecture, and implementation.

Experience working in Agile or similar development environments.

Ability to gather and translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills across applications and systems.
