Sr. IT Analyst
Our client is looking for a Sr. IT Analyst who thrives in a hands-on, fast-paced environment and enjoys being the go-to problem solver. This role sits at the center of day-to-day IT operations, supporting a wide range of technologies while partnering closely with both end users and senior team members.
You’ll play a key role in keeping systems running smoothly while also helping modernize support through documentation and automation. What You’ll Do:
Key Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on support across hardware, software, and cloud environments including O365, Azure, and AWS
- Troubleshoot and resolve end-user issues, ensuring timely resolution and adherence to SLAs
- Document legacy processes and extract institutional knowledge to improve team efficiency
- Identify repetitive support tasks and recommend automation or self-service solutions
- Provision and support users, devices, and applications, including onboarding, offboarding, and system access
What Gets You the Job:
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in IT support, systems administration, or helpdesk environments
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies including O365, Azure, Windows Server, and Intune
- Experience supporting a wide range of IT systems including networking, AV, and end-user devices
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to support and train non-technical users
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex issues, prioritize effectively, and adapt in a fast-changing environment
