Sr IT Manager (Houston – hybrid)

What You’ll Do:
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop Desktop Engineering and SCCM teams, providing direction, coaching, and performance management
- Drive enterprise-wide end user computing initiatives in partnership with Service Desk, ITSM, Security, Infrastructure, and Architecture teams
- Establish and enforce ServiceNow communication standards to ensure clear, consistent, and customer-friendly updates
- Use telemetry, Voice of Customer data, and service metrics to identify improvement opportunities and prioritize engineering efforts
- Oversee resource planning, project execution, and operational priorities to align with broader business objectives
What Gets You the Job:
Qualifications
- Strong experience in endpoint management, Windows engineering, application packaging, patching, and device lifecycle processes
- Proven ability to lead teams and improve service quality within an ITSM environment, including ServiceNow standards and best practices
- Experience leveraging automation or AI (scripting, workflow automation, intelligent routing) to scale operations and improve outcomes
- Solid understanding of service metrics such as CSAT, SLA attainment, MTTR, and endpoint health, with the ability to turn insights into action
- 8+ years of relevant experience, with a bachelor’s degree preferred
