Senior Okta Identity Governance (OIG) Engineer

– Job Type: Contract
– Location: Remote US (must work EST hours)
– Compensation: This job is expected to pay about $70-80/hr W2

What You’ll Do:
- Develop and implement custom connectors in Okta to enable seamless integration with various enterprise systems.
- Design and configure complex Okta Workflows to automate identity processes and enhance the user experience.
- Configure Okta Governance Module features, including system sign-on, user access policies, and environment management.
- Lead configuration efforts involving Group Rules, Bundles, Schema, and JML (Joiner-Mover-Leaver) workflows to support user lifecycle management.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders on solution design, documentation, and participation in code and design reviews.
What Gets You the Job:
- 5+ years of hands-on Okta experience in enterprise environments, with at least 1 year of exposure to Okta Identity Governance (OIG).
- Proven ability in Okta Workflow configuration, Custom Connector development, and Okta Governance module setup.
- Strong background in Group Rule setup, bundle and schema configuration, and JML workflow configuration.
- Demonstrated ability to design and document solutions, engage stakeholders, and serve as an Okta subject matter expert within an IAM team.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
