Senior Scrum Master
Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Scrum Master to support agile software development teams and help drive efficient delivery of business and technology initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys coaching teams on Agile best practices while ensuring projects move forward smoothly. The Senior Scrum Master will play a key role in guiding multiple agile teams, facilitating scrum ceremonies, removing roadblocks, and helping teams continuously improve their delivery processes.

Job Type: Contract (12+ months)
Location: Phoenix, AZ – Mostly remote, must be open to occasional onsite meetings
Compensation: This job is expected to pay about $70–$75/hr W2

What You’ll Do:
- Serve as Scrum Master supporting multiple Agile teams, guiding delivery and facilitating Scrum ceremonies including stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
- Coach development teams and stakeholders on Agile principles, frameworks, and best practices to improve collaboration and delivery
- Identify and remove impediments impacting team productivity while helping teams stay focused on sprint goals and commitments
- Track and communicate sprint progress, team velocity, and delivery metrics to promote transparency and continuous improvement
- Partner with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to coordinate work across multiple initiatives and ensure alignment with project objectives
What Gets You the Job:
- Bachelor’s degree is required
- Scrum Master certification (CSM or equivalent)
- Experience supporting Agile development teams in a Scrum Master role
- Strong understanding of Agile frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban, including user stories, backlog refinement, and sprint planning
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
