Workday HCM Integration Engineer – remote PST
Our client is seeking an experienced Workday HCM Integration Engineer to lead the initial phase of a high-impact integration initiative. What You’ll Do:

Define and implement the overall Workday HCM integration strategy, including architecture and platform selection

Design robust data mapping, validation, and governance frameworks to ensure accuracy and integrity

Implement exception handling, monitoring, and alerting throughout the integration lifecycle

Partner with analytics teams to support dashboarding and visibility into integration performance

Collaborate with stakeholders to develop a phased roadmap and detailed project timeline
What Gets You the Job:?

5+ years of hands-on experience as a Workday HCM Integration Engineer

Strong expertise in enterprise integration architecture and modern integration platforms (e.g., Workato, Azure Integration Services, MuleSoft, Boomi)

Deep knowledge of data mapping methodologies, validation protocols, and governance best practices

Proven ability to create architectural documentation and clearly communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and managing integrations across multi-vendor environments
