Sr. AV Technician
Our client is looking for an On-Site IT & AV Technician who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys being the go-to problem solver. What You’ll Do:
Key Responsibilities
- Provide on-site technical support for PCs, Macs, applications, network connectivity, and AV systems, resolving issues efficiently and within SLA expectations
- Configure, troubleshoot, and support Microsoft Surface Hubs, Microsoft Teams Rooms, Crestron systems, and related AV technologies
- Deliver white glove/VIP support and event or meeting assistance, ensuring seamless user experiences
- Manage hardware assets including shipping, receiving, tracking, installation, and lifecycle management
- Utilize ServiceNow for ticket prioritization, documentation, and status tracking while collaborating with cross-functional and network operations teams
What Gets You the Job:
Qualifications
- Hands-on experience supporting Microsoft Surface Hubs, Crestron, Microsoft Teams Rooms, and enterprise AV equipment
- Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows and Mac operating systems, Office 365, Outlook, Teams, and OneDrive
- Experience diagnosing network connectivity issues and providing remote hands support
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-moving, high-demand environments
- Excellent customer service, communication skills, and a proactive, team-oriented mindset
