Project Manager- Telecom Expense Management
Our client is seeking an experienced Project Manager II to support a high-impact Telecom category program within a complex technology portfolio. This role offers the opportunity to work at the intersection of strategy and execution-driving sourcing initiatives, analyzing spend data, and influencing decisions that shape connectivity and mobility services at scale. - Location: remote
- Compensation: $65-75/hr
- Duration: 6 months+

What You’ll Do:
- Support, telecom sourcing initiatives, supplier evaluations, and contracting activities in partnership with cross-functional stakeholders
- Analyze category spend, market trends, and supplier performance to identify cost optimization and innovation opportunities
- Help manage Telecom Expense Management (TEM) processes to ensure accurate visibility and operational consistency
- Contribute to sub-category strategies across wireline, mobility, and telecom infrastructure services
- Prepare structured presentations, sourcing plans, and recommendations to guide stakeholder decision-making
What Gets You the Job:?
- 5+ years of telecom procurement or category management experience across wireline and wireless domains
- Strong project management skills with the ability to operate independently and drive workstreams to completion
- Experience supporting outsourcing initiatives, supplier negotiations, and risk trade-off analysis
- Data-driven mindset with advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for strategy and reporting deliverables
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or equivalent experience preferred
