Project Coordinator II – Policy Adherence (Hybrid)
As a Project Coordinator II, Policy Adherence, you will be part of the Operations Policy Adherence team that drives adoption of preferred buying channels by planning, building, and overseeing consequence management processes for policy adherence.

- Location: Miramar, FL (Hybrid- 3 days on-site)
- Compensation: This job is expected to pay about $40 – $50 per hour plus benefits

What You Will Do:
- Lead the operational aspects of risk mitigation and compliance- conducting research, auditing procurement processes, operationalizing policies, documenting standard operating procedures (SOP), expanding the scope of risk management, creating efficiency plans, and performing audits.
- Collaborate with other teams, including Supplier Risk, Legal, Global Finance, Information Security, Risk, HR, and Compliance, along with other functions/groups across the Firm to support operations and process development.
- Be an escalation point for expense-related discussions with colleagues and senior Firm leaders.
- Provide expert guidance to resolve highly complex and sensitive escalation issues related to policy, risk, compliance and processes.
- Measure and track team and partner performance (e.g., outsourcing partner); and collaborate with service providers (e.g., Coupa, Aravo, Uber, Lyft) to drive innovation for the respective team/category(s).
- Align with leadership on ESG & Risk strategies and implement and deliver on ESG & Risk strategies.
- Minimize risk to our Firm as we work to set the standard for our profession.
What Gets You the Job:
- 3-5+ years of corporate and/or professional services experience.
- Undergraduate degree; Advanced graduate degree (e.g., MBA, PhD, etc.) or equivalent work experience preferred.
- Experience with 3rd party risk, internal controls, procurement operations or compliance.
- Operationally rigorous and fastidious – highly detail-oriented, strong at documenting and operationalizing policies, running audits, and building clean, defensible processes with clear SOPs and controls.
- Comfortable with executive presence – able to handle sensitive, partner-level calls and escalations with confidence, discretion, and professionalism, while delivering clear and firm guidance on policy and risk.
- Experience with building, monitoring and addressing cases involving policy adherence, risk management, or compliance. Sensitivity with confidential information and adherence to the highest professional and process standards
- Strong in risk mindset and continuous improvement – data-driven, proactive in identifying risk themes, and capable of working cross-functionally (Legal, Finance, Risk, vendors) to strengthen compliance and governance at scale.
- Excellent organization capabilities, including the ability to initiate tasks independently and the ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize them, and carry them out independently while being mindful of the big picture to meet your responsibilities in a complex and largely autonomous work environment.
- Ability to create materials, which may include PowerPoint decks, Excel models, articles, or other written deliverables.
- Capable of raising issues, generating solutions, and working effectively under pressure
- Strong influencing capabilities, including willingness to push back and deliver tough messages to senior audiences, and demonstrated track record of leadership in high-performing teams.
