Data Scientist II
Our client is seeking a Data Scientist II to support a fast-moving, AI-enabled program focused on delivering executive-level decision insights. This role will contribute to advanced analytics initiatives that help monitor manufacturing KPIs, forecast outcomes, and uncover root causes through data-driven analysis. You will work closely with engineers and architects to translate complex data into meaningful insights, supporting high-visibility projects with measurable impact.
Location:
US Remote (CST and EST time zones)
Compensation: This job is expected to pay about $70-$80/HR W2

What You’ll Do:
- Analyze and structure complex datasets in partnership with data engineers to support analytics and forecasting use cases
- Build and support forecasting models and interpret outputs to inform executive-level decision making
- Contribute to AI-adjacent initiatives, including GenAI and LLM-based chatbot integrations
- Collaborate with software engineers and solution architects within a multi-project analytics program
- Participate in internal stakeholder discussions to provide analytical insight and context
What Gets You the Job:
- 3-6 years of experience applying advanced statistical and data analysis techniques
- Strong experience working with large datasets using SQL and Python
- Hands-on experience with Databricks and Microsoft-based data platforms
- Exposure to GenAI or LLM-driven solutions in an applied analytics environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field; advanced degree preferred
