Our client is building out their internal Palantir capability and is looking for someone early in their Palantir journey who wants to learn, grow, and make an impact over time. This role is designed for a junior-to-early career professional who brings foundational Palantir Foundry experience, strong critical thinking skills, and the ability to communicate well with both technical and non-technical partners.
In this role, you will serve as the internal point person for Palantir, supporting users, helping shape use cases, and working closely with internal IT teams and external Palantir partners. Rather than being a deep platform expert on day one, you will have the opportunity to grow into the role while contributing meaningfully from the start.

- Location: Monrovia, CA (onsite 5 days)
- Compensation: This job salary range is $100-160k depending on experience, plus a great benefits package

What You’ll Do:
- Act as a primary internal contact for Palantir Foundry, supporting users and helping answer business questions
- Assist business stakeholders with ideation and use case development for Palantir solutions
- Coordinate with external Palantir partner teams who handle most development and operational work
- Contribute to Palantir-related projects where appropriate while learning deeper platform capabilities over time
- Collaborate with IT and data teams to support platform usage, integrations, and overall effectiveness
What Gets You the Job:
- 2 to 5 years of experience working with Palantir Foundry or in a comparable analytics or data-focused role
- Exposure to building or supporting data workflows, analytics solutions, or data products
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills, with the ability to work across teams
- Comfort learning on the job and growing into increased responsibility
- Interest in developing deeper Palantir expertise rather than being a finished product
