IT Analyst
Our client is experiencing rapid growth and is looking for an IT Analyst who enjoys keeping systems running smoothly, tackling technical challenges, and being a trusted resource for end users. In this role, you’ll support the technology that teams rely on every day, working across both corporate and field environments to ensure reliability, security, and usability. This is a hands-on opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment and enjoys making a real impact through technology.
Location: Las Vegas, NV (hybrid)
Compensation: This job is expected to pay about $65-70K

What You’ll Do:
- Support and maintain Windows workstations, laptops, and Microsoft cloud technologies including Azure and Entra ID
Administer and optimize Microsoft 365 tools, mobile device management platforms, and software deployments
Troubleshoot and support network infrastructure, including switching, routing, wireless, and SD-WAN technologies
Analyze existing IT systems and processes to identify issues, risks, and improvement opportunities
Partner with internal teams to deliver effective IT solutions, end-user training, and technical support
What Gets You the Job:
- 4+ years of experience in IT support, systems administration, or a closely related technical role
Hands-on experience with Microsoft desktop environments, cloud services, and scripting tools such as PowerShell
Working knowledge of networking fundamentals and modern infrastructure technologies
Strong customer service mindset with the ability to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical users
Highly organized, adaptable, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
