Our client is seeking a Service Desk Technician to support day-to-day IT operations and targeted project initiatives in a fast-paced, Windows and Microsoft-based environment. This is a hands-on, customer-facing role where you will help keep end users productive by resolving common technical issues, supporting access needs, and delivering a strong service experience.
