Program Manager – Platform Transformation
This Program Manager will support our clients Transition Program-a key initiative driving adoption of their Nextgen Platform. The ideal candidate will bring structured program management expertise, a collaborative mindset, and a proven ability to coordinate complex, multi-studio rollouts.
Location: Remote – supporting Aristocrat Global Studios
Compensation: This job is expected to pay about $75-$80 per hour (W2)

What You’ll Do:
- Provide structured program management support to subject matter experts (SMEs) leading their Studio Transition Program.
Coordinate review and assessment of proof-of-concept (POC) projects across studios to identify gaps, best practices, and lessons learned.
Standardize implementation practices to ensure consistency and alignment with Maestro platform requirements.
Support completion and validation of the Minimum Requirements Document (MRD) defining Maestro’s commercial readiness.
Implement effective governance, milestone tracking, and executive-level reporting to ensure accountability and delivery transparency.
What Gets You the Job:
- 5+ years of experience in program or project management within technology, gaming, or digital content environments.
Proven success leading multi-site or multi-studio technology rollouts or platform transitions.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with cross-functional coordination experience.
Background managing Unity or equivalent platform implementations; PMP or PRINCE2 certification preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or related discipline.
