Sr. Project Manager, Timekeeping and Scheduling Business Applications
Our client, is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the implementation of UKG Pro WFM (timekeeping and scheduling) and other enterprise business applications. This individual will oversee large-scale healthcare technology projects, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure successful delivery of strategic initiatives within the PMO framework.
– Location: Los Angeles, CA
– Compensation: This job is expected to pay about $70-80 per hour, depending on experience

What You’ll Do:
– Manage complex enterprise-wide projects from initiation through closeout, ensuring delivery on scope, schedule, and budget.
– Lead implementation of UKG Pro WFM by coordinating internal teams, vendors, and system integrators.
– Develop project charters, work breakdown structures, budgets, and resource allocations for assigned initiatives.
– Present project updates to executive stakeholders and ensure clear communication across departments.
– Identify and mitigate risks, manage change control, and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
What Gets You the Job:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or related technical field (Master’s preferred).
– 5+ years of IT project management experience, including large-scale business or clinical application implementations.
– Proven success managing vendors, third-party integrators, and cross-functional teams within healthcare environments.
– Strong communication, executive presentation, and risk management skills, with experience in PMO methodologies.
– Experience leading Timekeeping/Scheduling or ERP system implementations (UKG Pro WFM, Kronos, Lawson, or similar).
