Manager of Manufacturing Technologies
Our client is redefining the future of construction through innovation, data, and digital manufacturing. They’re seeking a Manager of Manufacturing Technologies to lead the strategy and execution of fabrication-driven initiatives across ERP systems, CADmep and Revit content, and advanced shop technologies. This leader will play a pivotal role in modernizing how the company designs, fabricates, and builds — driving operational excellence, standardization, and a true “manufacture-first” mindset across all divisions.
- Location: Remote Local – TX, VA, NV, PA, OR, AZ, CA
- Compensation: This job is expected to pay about $130-180k/year

What You’ll Do:
- Provide strategic leadership for fabrication ERP systems (Stratus), CADmep and Revit databases, and connected shop technologies.
- Partner with AEC, IT, and shop leadership to align manufacturing technology initiatives with business goals.
- Drive workflow optimization and standardization to improve efficiency, scalability, and quality across all fabrication shops.
- Oversee technology deployment, including implementation, integration, and continuous improvement of enterprise systems and shop tools.
- Lead change management, training, and adoption programs to ensure smooth rollouts and consistent execution nationwide.
What Gets You the Job:
- 5+ years of experience in manufacturing or field technology management, ideally within MEP or construction environments.
- Proven success implementing or managing Stratus or other fabrication ERP systems.
- Strong technical background in Fabrication CADmep, Revit content creation, and digital workflow design.
- Solid understanding of HVAC, plumbing, piping, and fire protection fabrication processes.
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills with a collaborative, strategic mindset and ability to influence at all levels.
