Full Stack Software Engineer
Our client is seeking a Full Stack Software Engineer to join a growing custom development team focused on building and enhancing modern, API-driven applications. This role offers the opportunity to work in a stable, collaborative environment while contributing to both new development and ongoing system enhancements. The ideal candidate enjoys being hands-on, learning new technologies, and working across the full stack in a fast-paced setting.
Location: Hybrid – Onsite in Phoenix, AZ two days per week
Compensation: This role is expected to pay between $130K–$140K base

What You’ll Do:
- Design, develop, and maintain full stack web applications using modern front-end frameworks and backend services
- Build and integrate API-driven solutions to support scalable and maintainable systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver new features and enhance existing applications
- Work with relational databases to support application functionality and performance
- Participate in CI/CD processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
What Gets You the Job:
- 5–7 years of experience in full stack software development
- Strong experience with modern JavaScript frameworks (React preferred; Angular or Vue acceptable)
- Backend development experience using C#/.NET (Java experience also considered)
- Solid experience with SQL Server, including stored procedures
- Experience building or consuming RESTful APIs
- Comfortable working in a hands-on, evolving environment and open to learning new technologies
