Lead and coordinate 1–2 Scrum development teams (each 3–5 people) and other IT initiatives with budgets ranging from $500K–$1M.
-
Manage web-based and digital development projects using the Scrum Agile Framework, ensuring clarity of requirements, priorities, and acceptance criteria.

Work directly with Product Owners, Business Analysts, QA, Development, and Operations to align on scope, timelines, and deliverables.
-
Drive project execution, ensuring risks, dependencies, and blockers are identified and resolved quickly.

Manage traditional Waterfall-style tasks where appropriate (budgeting, planning, or vendor coordination)
-
Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement and continuous delivery maturity.
Qualifications
-
5–7 years of IT Project Management experience, with strong hands-on work in Agile / Scrum environments.
-
Scrum Master certification required; solid understanding of Agile principles, ceremonies, and artifacts.
-
PMP certification strongly preferred.
-
Proven experience managing web or digital development projects and collaborating across business and technical teams.
-
Comfortable managing both Agile and Waterfall methodologies as needed.
-
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills — essential for working closely with internal teams and external partners.
-
Experience working in a smaller or mid-sized company (not large enterprise).
-
Strong organizational skills; able to manage multiple concurrent projects and competing priorities.
-
Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, or similar project management tools.
-
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
