Jr. Privacy and Compliance Analyst
Our client is looking for a bilingual Privacy & Compliance Analyst (English/Spanish) to support key privacy and compliance initiatives across Latin America. This six-month contract is a great opportunity to help shape data protection standards in a global organization, ensuring personal information is handled responsibly and ethically. You’ll collaborate with privacy leaders and regional teams to improve transparency, implement governance tools, and support compliance with emerging LATAM regulations.

- Duration: 6-month contract+
- Compensation: This job is expected to pay about $36-43/hour

What You’ll Do:
- Conduct privacy impact assessments (PIAs) to identify, evaluate, and mitigate data privacy risks.
- Maintain and update the LATAM data inventory to ensure accurate records of data storage and processing.
- Implement and test consent management tools and data subject rights workflows within OneTrust.
- Translate and revise privacy policies, notices, and intake forms for accuracy and localization.
- Generate reports and metrics that provide visibility into program performance and compliance status.
What Gets You the Job:
- MUST be Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- 2+ years of experience in data privacy operations, compliance, or governance.
- Hands-on experience with OneTrust or similar privacy management tools.
- Familiarity with Latin American data privacy laws (LFPDPPP, LGPD, LPPD).
- Preferred certifications: CIPP/US, CIPP/C, CIPM, CIPT, or CDPSE.
