Senior Solutions Engineer (Digital Channels)
Our client is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer to lead the development and optimization of digital products across web and mobile platforms. This role is ideal for a hands-on technical leader who thrives at the intersection of front-end development, content management, and scalable architecture. You’ll collaborate with product teams, guide junior engineers, and drive forward-thinking solutions that improve user experiences and business outcomes.

Arizona (Remote)
Compensation: This job is expected to pay about $110,000-$140,000 base plus bonus eligibility of 10-12%

What You’ll Do:
- Develop and enhance web and mobile applications using React, React Native, and Next.js to support evolving customer needs.
- Integrate front-end solutions with Sitecore CMS and back-end systems to deliver seamless digital experiences.
- Guide and mentor junior engineers, providing technical direction and ensuring high-quality delivery.
- Collaborate across teams to implement new features, automate processes, and maintain system performance and reliability.
- Contribute to architectural planning and help evaluate new tools, frameworks, and best practices for continuous improvement.
What Gets You the Job:
- Proven experience with React and React Native in enterprise web and mobile application development.
- Strong hands-on skills with Sitecore CMS (Sitecore certification or deep content management experience preferred).
- Full-stack capabilities, including API integration and collaboration with back-end systems.
- Exposure to cloud environments (AWS or Azure) and understanding of scalable, high-performance architectures.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills with the ability to guide others and deliver technical solutions aligned with business goals.
