Our client is seeking a PMO Lead to provide structure, visibility, and guidance across a dynamic technology portfolio. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in complex, evolving environments and understands both the strategic and tactical sides of project delivery. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of project management, product, and business analysis experience—someone who can step in, assess what’s happening, and elevate how the team plans, executes, and communicates.
- Location: Remote working CDT/EDT hours
- Compensation: This job is expected to pay about $65-70/hr W2

What You’ll Do:
- Provide oversight and coordination across multiple technology projects, ensuring alignment, accountability, and proactive communication across all PMs.
- Partner closely with technology and business stakeholders to plan, prioritize, and deliver ERP and SaaS integration initiatives.
- Serve as a hands-on leader and mentor for project managers, helping mature project delivery practices and improve overall effectiveness.
- Use Jira and Confluence to track progress, identify risks, and ensure consistent visibility across projects.
- Drive process improvement, establish structure where it’s lacking, and ensure teams are planning and executing effectively—not just checking boxes.
What Gets You the Job:
- Strong experience managing complex enterprise technology projects involving ERP systems, SaaS integrations, or MDM initiatives.
- Proven ability to bring structure to evolving or immature delivery environments and lead by example.
- Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence to manage and track deliverables.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence without authority.
- A proactive, adaptable approach—comfortable wearing multiple hats and driving clarity amid ambiguity.
