Business Intelligence & Reporting Analyst
Our client is seeking a talented Business Intelligence & Reporting Analyst to join their growing data management team. This individual will work across business and technology teams to transform complex data into actionable insights that drive smarter decisions. The ideal candidate thrives at the intersection of technology and business strategy, leveraging data to create impactful solutions that guide leadership and improve operational efficiency.
Location: Remote
Compensation: This job is expected to pay about $50–$65 per hour

What You’ll Do:
- Partner with business leaders and analysts to design and deliver BI solutions and data visualizations that support key decisions
- Develop and implement ETL processes, tabular models, and reports using Power BI and related tools
- Establish and promote best practices for data modeling, analytics, and reporting
- Collaborate with engineering, development, and product teams to align data initiatives with business goals
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex data or reporting issues, including participation in high-severity production incidents
What Gets You the Job:
- 4+ years of experience in business intelligence and reporting with strong proficiency in Microsoft BI tools (T-SQL, Power BI, SSAS, SSIS, SSRS)
- Expertise with DAX, Power Query M, SQL development, and data/process modeling
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and influence decision-makers through clear communication
- Experience with Agile development methodologies and data management planning
- Passion for technology and applying data-driven insights to solve business problems
