IT Support Technician
Our client is looking for an IT Support Specialist who thrives on problem-solving and delivering excellent support experiences. In this role, you’ll be the go-to person for onsite technical needs, ensuring employees can work seamlessly and systems remain reliable. What You’ll Do:
Key Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Administer and troubleshoot Office 365 accounts, including mailbox setup, licensing, and permissions
- Manage Active Directory accounts, including user creation, group policies, and access control
- Support endpoint devices such as Windows PCs, printers, and mobile devices
- Document IT processes and assist with onboarding, software installations, and system updates
What Gets You the Job:
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of IT support experience in a help desk or desktop support role
- Hands-on experience with Office 365 administration and Active Directory
- Strong troubleshooting skills with Windows OS, networking basics, and business applications
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to support non-technical users
- Proactive mindset with a resourceful, problem-solving approach
