Communications Administrator – remote
Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Communications Administrator to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to support a highly collaborative communications function and play a key role in ensuring smooth operations for initiatives that span across multiple practices. You will work alongside communications and marketing professionals, gaining exposure to impactful projects and helping the team deliver at a high level.
Location: Remote
Compensation: This job is expected to pay about $18-$25 per hour

What You’ll Do:
- Manage administrative processes for the communications team, including scheduling, calendars, inboxes, and mailing lists.
- Maintain and update the communications calendar, track initiatives, and prepare documentation and reporting for leadership.
- Support the creation and distribution of internal communications such as newsletters and reports.
- Coordinate with vendors, including onboarding, invoice processing, and budget tracking.
- Assist with event planning and execution, ensuring logistics and communications are handled efficiently.
What Gets You the Job:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- 1+ years of experience in communications, event planning, or database management, preferably in a professional services or B2B setting.
- Strong organizational skills with proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and a collaborative, entrepreneurial attitude.
