IT Support Specialist
Our client is seeking an IT Support Specialist to deliver reliable, first-line technical assistance and ensure smooth daily operations across the organization. Location: Charlotte, NC
Compensation: This job is expected to pay about $25-$35 per hour

What You’ll Do:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for IT support requests, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
- Manage and resolve tickets in the help desk system within established service levels.
- Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, mobile devices, and related equipment.
- Support applications and platforms such as housing management software and Microsoft Office 365.
- Assist with onboarding/offboarding tasks, including account setup, access permissions, and equipment preparation.
What Gets You the Job:
- 2+ years of IT support, help desk, or technical support experience.
- Solid knowledge of Windows operating systems, Office 365, and standard business applications.
- Familiarity with Active Directory, network troubleshooting, and ticketing systems.
- Strong communication and customer service skills with the ability to explain technical issues clearly.
- Associate’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (Bachelor’s preferred), or equivalent work experience.
