Bilingual Jr. Privacy & Compliance Analyst
Our client is seeking a bilingual English/Spanish Jr. Privacy & Compliance Analyst to support their Latin American privacy program. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills and an interest in privacy, compliance, or regulatory work. As part of a collaborative team, you’ll help ensure compliance practices run smoothly across the Americas while learning and growing in a fast-paced environment.
- Location: Los Alamitos, CA – Remote
- Duration: 6 month Contract+
- Compensation: This job is expected to pay about $35-45/hour
- No Visa Sponsorship Available for this role
What You’ll Do:
- Support privacy and compliance operations for the Americas region, with emphasis on Latin America.
- Assist with privacy impact assessments (PIAs) and maintain data process inventories.
- Monitor and validate consent management tools and procedures.
- Help respond to data subject requests (DSRs) and other compliance inquiries.
- Prepare reports and updates for management on program activities and progress.
What Gets You the Job:
- Bilingual English/Spanish required.
- Proficiency with OneTrust or similar privacy tool.
- Some experience or exposure to compliance, privacy, or related fields preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive data responsibly.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills across diverse teams.
