Our client is seeking a customer-obsessed professional to join their team as a Customer Success Manager. This is a unique opportunity to be at the center of client relationships, helping operators in the entertainment space get the most out of powerful SaaS platforms. You’ll be the trusted partner guiding customers through their journey, driving adoption, business outcomes, and superior guest experiences.
- Location: Irvine, CA + travel (up to 40%)
- Compensation: This job is expected to pay a base of about $120-130k annually
- This is a Full-Time/Direct Hire role. No Visa Sponsorship Available for this role. No C2C
What You’ll Do:
- Own the post-sale customer journey from onboarding through renewal and expansion
- Partner with operators to understand their business, guide adoption, and deliver positive outcomes
- Hand-hold clients through onboarding, ensuring smooth go-lives and product understanding
- Act as the customer’s advocate, liaising with support and development teams as needed
- Share best practices to drive higher booking rates, revenue growth, and guest satisfaction
What Gets You the Job:
- At least 2 years in a customer-facing SaaS role (Customer Success, Onboarding, or Account Management)
- Experience working in or supporting entertainment venue operations
- Strong familiarity with SaaS platforms and especially integrated payments
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills with a customer-first mindset
- Familiarity with HubSpot, Google Sheets, and CRM/analytics tools.
- Ability to travel up to 40% and thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments
