Customer Data Platform Consultant (Hightouch)
Our client is seeking an experienced Customer Data Platform Consultant to join a real estate development company for a 2-month+ engagement (Part-Time or Full-Time). This role will focus on stabilizing and optimizing the Apartments division’s CDP, addressing current data challenges, and ensuring a reliable foundation before expanding to broader enterprise use cases.
- Location: Remote (Pacific Time Zone Hours)
- Compensation: This job is expected to pay about $75-95/hr W2 and benefits
What You’ll Do:
- Lead the implementation and optimization of Customer Data Platform (CDP) solutions, with a strong preference for Hightouch (on Snowflake) but open to other platforms.
- Work hands-on with data pipelines, integrations, and workflows to ensure accurate, reliable, and scalable customer data operations.
- Troubleshoot issues by digging into the data, performing root cause analysis, and developing actionable resolutions.
- Apply expertise in relational databases and SQL to design, query, and validate complex data models.
- Partner with business and technical stakeholders to translate strategic data needs into effective CDP configurations and use cases.
- Balance tactical execution with strategic input, ensuring solutions meet both immediate project requirements and long-term data strategy goals.
What Gets You the Job:
- Proven experience implementing and managing Customer Data Platforms (CDPs); hands-on expertise with Hightouch strongly preferred.
- Strong technical foundation with Snowflake or similar cloud data warehouses.
- Advanced knowledge of relational databases and proficiency in SQL for complex querying and troubleshooting.
- Demonstrated ability to perform root cause analysis and resolve data quality, integration, and performance issues.
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution in fast-paced environments.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Consulting background or demonstrated success working in client-facing, solution-driven roles is a plus.
