Business Systems Analyst
Our client is seeking a highly skilled Business Systems Analyst to play a key role in shaping the success of their organization. This position offers the opportunity to lead initiatives that strengthen collaboration, improve systems, and drive measurable business outcomes. You’ll act as a vital contributor across multiple project phases—from discovery and design to implementation and adoption—helping the business fully leverage its technology investments.
Location: Phoenix, AZ (Hybrid, onsite at corporate office)
Compensation: This job is expected to pay about $38-$46 per hour

What You’ll Do:

Serve as the primary IT Functional and Domain expert in D365 F&O modules for both IT and Business.

Gather and analyze requirements, translating business needs into clear technical specifications.

Partner with IT and Finance teams to design and implement solutions that optimize processes and performance.

Support D365 regression testing, maintain financial dimensions, and provide ad-hoc reporting and analysis.

Lead user training, system support, and adoption of new functionalities and enhancements.
What Gets You the Job:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent work experience).

5+ years of system administration experience with enterprise-level infrastructure and technologies.

3+ years of hands-on systems experience with Dynamics 365 F&O (or Dynamics AX).

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into actionable solutions.

Excellent communication skills and proven ability to collaborate effectively across teams and stakeholders.
