Compensation Analyst – Direct Hire
Location: Scottsdale, AZ (Onsite 4 days/week)
Alternate Location: Tampa, FL (Considered)
Work Model: Hybrid (4 days onsite)
Compensation Analyst – Hybrid (4 days onsite, Scottsdale, AZ)
Join our team as a Compensation Analyst, where you’ll play a key role in shaping how we attract and retain top talent. This is an opportunity to make a real impact by ensuring pay programs are fair, competitive, and aligned with our company’s growth.
What You’ll Do:
- Use market data and salary surveys to keep our compensation programs competitive.
- Partner with leaders across the business to provide guidance on pay practices and salary ranges.
- Create and maintain job descriptions, determine FLSA status, and support compliance.
- Contribute to salary planning, merit increases, and compensation communications.
- Serve as a trusted advisor on compensation strategies that support employee engagement and retention.
What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years of progressive compensation experience.
- Strong analytical skills and advanced Excel proficiency (pivot tables, V-lookups, formulas).
- Experience with salary survey analysis; Workday (HRIS) a plus.
- Clear communicator with the ability to build strong partnerships across the business.
- Knowledge of compensation laws, compliance, and best practices.
