- Location: Remote but candidates must work Pacific Time Zone hours
- Compensation: The base salary can range from about $60-80k annually based on experience, plus benefits and uncapped commissions
- No Visa Sponsorship Available for this role. No Corp-to-Corp
What You’ll Do:
- Source, engage, and present highly qualified technology professionals, ensuring a strong match on both skills and experience
- Lead comprehensive technical intake calls with clients to understand role requirements, desired skill sets, and cultural fit
- Conduct in-depth technical screens to assess candidate proficiency across relevant platforms, tools, and frameworks
- Manage the end-to-end recruiting process from initial outreach through offer acceptance and onboarding
- Build lasting relationships with both clients and candidates, offering strategic guidance throughout the hiring cycle
What Gets You the Job:
- At least 10 years of technology recruiting experience in a fast-paced staffing agency environment
- Strong background recruiting for healthcare IT roles or working with healthcare industry clients (preferred)
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex and detailed technical intake calls with hiring managers and stakeholders
- Proficiency with ATS platforms (Bullhorn strongly preferred) and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter
- Exceptional communication skills, technical acumen, and the ability to influence and advise clients and candidates at all levels
