Senior Business Analyst
Our client is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to help shape and deliver business solutions that drive meaningful improvements across the organization. In this highly visible role, you’ll collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to uncover requirements, optimize processes, and implement impactful systems. - Compensation: $80-$95 /an hour

What You’ll Do:
- Partner with business stakeholders to define, document, and refine business requirements.
- Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications, use cases, and user stories.
- Analyze existing processes and recommend solutions for operational efficiency and process improvements.
- Coordinate and support testing efforts to validate business requirements are fully met.
- Lead and manage projects related to business analysis, documentation, and continuous improvement.

- Strong experience as a Business Analyst with a track record of delivering impactful business and technical solutions.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Skilled in business systems analysis, process mapping, and stakeholder engagement.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills across business and technical audiences.
- Experience within financial services or asset management is preferred.
