Senior Analyst – Practice Management
Join our client’s dynamic leadership team to help drive strategic, business, and operational initiatives for a fast-paced and growing organization. This role offers the opportunity to work on cross-functional projects, leverage data analytics, and support key business priorities while collaborating closely with leadership, operations, and business development teams.

Location: Ideally based in New York or Century City (Los Angeles), with some travel required
Compensation: This job is expected to pay about $110,000–$140,000 plus a bonus

What You’ll Do:
• Partner with leadership to support business planning, strategy development, and financial reporting
• Analyze operational and financial data to uncover trends, identify risks, and support business decisions
• Collaborate with internal teams to drive knowledge-sharing, project management, and process improvements
• Assist with staffing coordination, recruiting support, and resource management for critical initiatives
• Support onboarding, professional development programs, and cross-functional team integration

What Gets You the Job:
• 3–5 years of experience in professional services, practice management, or a data analytics role
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
• Analytical mindset with experience using project management or data analytics tools
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
