Technical Data Analyst

What You’ll Do:
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business units to define requirements, identify gaps, and propose data-driven solutions that support strategic goals
- Perform hands-on data analysis to uncover root causes, validate assumptions, and recommend practical corrections
- Collaborate with developers and technical SMEs to translate business needs into scalable, actionable solutions
- Bridge the gap between business and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment throughout project execution
- Provide insights and recommendations that maximize the business value of data-related initiatives
What Gets You the Job:
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis, business analysis, or a related field
- Comfortable working directly with raw data and performing independent data validation and troubleshooting
- Strong understanding of data management within platforms like Salesforce, including familiarity with data types and structure
- Proven ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams to drive projects forward
- Experience aligning business needs with technical solutions and advocating for value-driven outcomes
