Practice Technology Specialist
Our client is looking for a Practice Technology Specialist to join a forward-thinking architecture and interior design firm that prioritizes innovation and excellence across every phase of the design process. - Location: Hybrid: Dallas, Phoenix, LA, NYC
- Compensation: $90,000-$130,000

What You’ll Do:
- Design and maintain custom Revit add-ins, Python scripts, Dynamo graphs, and Grasshopper definitions to support project delivery and firm-wide standards
- Guide integration of digital design tools like Rhino, Revit, and sustainability/performance platforms across multiple design studios
- Lead computational design and BIM-focused training sessions and knowledge sharing across all offices
- Collaborate on research and development projects related to digital practice, visualization, and building performance
- Ensure UI/UX standards for internal tools align with company branding and enhance user efficiency
What Gets You the Job:
- Degree in Architecture or Interior Design with 4+ years of experience in a professional design environment Proficiency in Python or C# coding; experience building Revit add-ins
- Hands-on experience with Grasshopper, Rhino Inside, Dynamo, and Autodesk Construction Cloud
- Familiarity with performance-driven design, generative tools, and sustainability analysis workflows
- Strong communicator and mentor with the ability to elevate technical fluency across teams
