Scrum Master
Location: Remote (Must work PST or MST hours)
Duration: 12-month contract
Compensation: This job is expected to pay about $60–65/hr W2

What You’ll Do:
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and Agile best practices for 3–4 high-performing teams
• Coach and guide teams on Agile principles, helping them continuously improve and self-organize
• Partner with business and IT leadership to remove impediments and drive delivery
• Track team progress and report on metrics such as velocity and sprint/release status
• Lead cross-team coordination efforts for large, enterprise-wide initiatives
What Gets You the Job:
• 8–10+ years of proven Scrum Master experience in large enterprise environments
• Certified Scrum Master with deep understanding of Scrum, Kanban, and Agile frameworks
• Strong communication and facilitation skills; polished and professional demeanor
• Experience managing Agile ceremonies, tracking sprint health, and removing roadblocks
• Comfortable working remotely while supporting teams aligned to PST/MST time zones
