Network Engineer Onsite Long Beach, CA
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Network Engineer to join our client’s IT team. This is an excellent opportunity to work onsite with enterprise networking technologies, leveraging your expertise in Cisco, Aruba, and Palo Alto solutions to design, implement, and support critical infrastructure ensuring optimal performance, security, and availability.

Compensation: This job is expected to pay about $50-68 per hour

What You’ll Do:
• Design, deploy, and maintain LAN/WAN infrastructure using Aruba, Cisco, and other enterprise networking technologies.
• Configure and manage Palo Alto firewalls for threat prevention, VPN, and traffic filtering.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot Cisco switches and routers, including IOS and NX-OS platforms.
• Manage and optimize Aruba wireless infrastructure, including Aruba Central and ClearPass.
• Monitor network performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to ensure optimal uptime.
What Gets You the Job:
• 5+ years of experience in network engineering or related roles.
• Strong hands-on experience with Cisco routers and switches.
• Proficiency in Palo Alto firewalls (configuration, security policies, VPNs).
• Experience with Aruba wireless solutions, including deployment and troubleshooting.
• Solid understanding of TCP/IP, subnetting, routing protocols (EIGRP, OSPF, BGP), and network troubleshooting tools.
• Familiarity with network monitoring tools such as SolarWinds, PRTG, and Wireshark.
• Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, PCNSE, or Aruba Certified Mobility Associate (ACMA) are preferred.
• Experience with SD-WAN technologies, cloud networking (Azure, AWS), and NAC solutions like Aruba ClearPass is a plus.
